The Fort Collins Rotaract Club was
chartered in 2003. We seek both professional development and improvement in
the quality of life both locally and globally through acts of service.
Mission:
Developing high energy, young professionals who strive to make a difference
in our community, and beyond in the spirit of growth, optimism and FUN.
Goals:
1. Community Service – actively participating in one local service
project per month, and involvement in long-term, international service work.
2. Professional Development – fostering professional growth and
development through relevant meeting topics and networking opportunities
with the Rotary Club.
3. Team Building – group development through informal gatherings and
monthly social events.
4. Membership Growth – seeking new members through which to broaden
the impact potential of the club.
Member Requirements:
Members of the Fort Collins Rotaract Club are expected to attend meetings
once per month, participate in one service project or social per quarter,
and remain current with their dues. This is the requirement, but we
sincerely hope that our members will exceed minimum participation. This
happens when members value the time they spend with the club and those in
leadership will do all in their power to see that this is the case. Reliance
is heavily placed on group feedback and participation, though, so members
are encouraged to share their comments, suggestions, and talents.
